Frequently asked questions

What happens at the first meeting?

Our initial meeting will enable us to get to see how we get along and explore the best way forward for you. It will be 50 minutes and cost the same as a regular session.

How long should therapy last?

The sessions are weekly to build up momentum which brings the most benefit. The number of sessions varies according to the depth of the issues clients are facing. We will agree an initial number of sessions and then regularly review our progress.

what are your rates?

My fees are from £70 per session. I
offer a limited number of reduced rate sessions for individuals on benefits.

Is there a wait for appointments?

I aim to offer an initial appointment within two weeks. We would then arrange regular sessions at a time that is convenient for you and for which I have availability.

Will our discussions be private?

Feeling free to speak about the things that are troubling you relies on the absolute confidence in the therapeutic space. It is unlike any other discussion that you may normally experience
and confidentiality is an essential element.

How do I make contact?

Please either ring or email, whichever feels more comfortable. We can then arrange to meet at an agreeable time.
