Ways of working

IN Person

Each session lasts 50 minutes. It is an opportunity for you to explore how things are for you at the moment. It is primarily your space and my contributions will be to guide your exploration. It is a conversation probably unlike any that you may have experienced before. It may be that in talking about what is of concern to you there will be moments of realisation that provoke a reaction. For the most part the change will be gradual as you start to hear a new side to yourself.

I am part of the established Bodymind practice in Weybridge High Street. Here there are modern rooms in a relaxing professional atmosphere where my colleagues Dr Mihaela Zidrali and Dr Caroline Longmore also practice. As well as counselling and psychotherapy the centre can offer nutritional, psychiatric and body focussed services such as massage and hypnotherapy.

I provide appointments during the day with some evening availability.

video and phone meetings

Sometimes it is not possible to attend in person and in those instances video or phone meetings can be very helpful.

During lockdown these methods came into their own and have proven to be very effective.

For video I can use whichever program you are most comfortable with.

WALK & TALK

Therapy doesn’t have to be confined to a chair in a room. Walking through beautiful countryside is a calming environment and offers additional benefits.

I have a number of different routes that offer a scenic walk without being strenuous.
